  • Duties and responsibilities

    The role of a marketing coordinator is to provide comprehensive support for marketing activities and assist in the successful execution of marketing strategies. The coordinator collaborates closely with the Director, General Manager, marketing team and sales teams to ensure effective coordination and implementation of marketing initiatives. The specific duties of a marketing coordinator include:

    Sales

    • Assist the marketing team to achieve the company’s assigned performance target
    • Assist the company/team to achieve cost targets and control expenses, which includes the planning and managing of marketing campaign budget
    • Actively discover new markets, marketing channels and/or partners to increase sales performance

    Marketing Strategy Support

    • Collaborate with the Director and General Manager to develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns
    • Conduct market research to identify target audiences, competitors, partner institutions and marketing trends
    • Assist in creating marketing plans and timelines
    • Coordinate and track marketing activities to ensure they align with the overall strategy
    • Approve all online and offline campaigns and events

    Event Support

    • Plan and co-ordinate events with event coordinators and/or other marketers to ensure the team’s success
    • Assist in developing promotional materials for events, such as brochures, banners and fliers

    • Coordinate post-event activities, such as lead tracking, follow-ups, and evaluation

    Campaign Cooperation

    • Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns across different channels, such as Tiktok, Youtube and Facebook
    • Collaborate with designers and content creators to develop campaign materials
    • Monitor and track campaign performance, including analyzing key metrics and preparing reports
    • Collaborate with digital marketing specialist and other marketers to find solutions to improve the spend and performance of paid digital campaigns

    Digital Marketing Support

    • Assist with managing the company's digital channels, including websites, social media platforms, and email marketing campaigns
    • Collaborate with the digital marketing specialist to create and optimise digital content, such as developing engaging content for social media
    • Assist in creating and scheduling daily social media updates and posts
    • Cooperate with other marketers to collect and report the inquiries from all sources such as from email, website, social media

    Communication and Collaboration

    • Coordinate communication between the Director, Managers and marketing team to ensure alignment and timely execution of marketing initiatives and events
    • Effectively communicate the marketing goals, objectives, action plan, strategies and deadlines to other marketers
    • Make sure the marketing team meets the set-up goals by the deadline
    • Collaborate with Education Counsellors and other SOL members as needed

    Management & Leadership

    • Lead the weekly marketing meetings with all marketers
    • Oversee day-to-day operation, lead marketing group’s daily work and maintain work environment discipline
    • Tract the progress of all marketers
    • Develop strategies to improve work efficiency within the group
    • Support group members to solve work-related issues
    • Recognise, acknowledge and utilise team members’ strengths to the benefit of the team and company
    • Work on team bonding and ensure the collaboration and communication within the group

    Reporting

    • Generate comprehensive proposals and reports about the company’s events and campaigns
    • Generate comprehensive proposals and reports about the marketing group’s operation, performance, objectives and strategies. These include both regular reports and annual reports

  • About the position

    • Meeting with clients to discuss their visa/migration goals
    • Assessing the clients’ eligibility, and providing timely visa/immigration advice to them based on individual circumstances
    • Guiding clients to prepare all the required documents, and ensuring these documents are complete and accurate
    • Lodging visa applications on time
    • Liaising with Department of Home Affairs (DHA) and stakeholders across all aspects of the visa application process
    • Representing clients to deal with all inquiries and questions from DHA and stakeholders
